What we do
TravHost is a unique service providing travel or trip hosts for both media trips (press/famils/fam trips) and for consumer trips.
TravHost is designed to bridge the gap between media professionals and tourism organisations and operators. We provide expert trip hosting services for media familiarisations. We help tourism boards and business operators generate compelling editorial, broadcast, and/or social media coverage. We do this by creating seamless connections between travel media and influencers with destinations, tourism products, operators and cruise lines.
But we also work with consumer travel companies, acting as tour host for multi-day tours, expeditions and cruises. Often the host works as part of a team to ensure seamless touring for guest, which may include a local guide and a driver. The tour host’s job is to manage logistics whilst on tour, troubleshooting any issues along the way.
Famil hosting
Experienced tour hosts accompany media professionals on famils. We manage logistics and all itinerary aspects during the famil. We facilitate maximum story gathering and photographic opportunities for media participants.
Itinerary consultation
We assist in fine-tuning itineraries during the planning stage. We ensure itineraries align with famil objectives and media participants to maximise ROI for partners. Itinerary consultation helps to facilitate special requests, interviews or photo locations to maximise story opportunities.
Post-famil reporting
